Plastic surgery is a recognized surgical speciality; the correction of physical flaws to help boost self-esteem and confidence. He spent so much time taking about how many languages he speaks, all the places he has been, the weather, all these old certificates he has(most with updates written with pen, and procedures that have nothing to do with why I was there. Then he charged me for that time. So much more but that should be enough
