Dr. Balbeer Singh is one of the founders of Estee Clinic back in 1990, when he graduated from University of Mysore, India. His clinics were originally community health clinics offering a variety of community health needs. His one clinic in 1990 has grown into 13 clinics today, and in 2013, he established aesthetic services jointly with Madam Satwant Kaur and Dr. Chee Hui Bing.

Dr. The Kheng Hoon, MD is the head doctor of the Estee Clinic Kluang aesthetic services branch. He graduated from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and is certified by the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine.
