January 2018Cleaniness is good. But service and communication is horrible. My dad was hospitalised for an injury to his spine. Of the three days my dad was in there, the doctor did not attempt to even contact the family on his condition. Supposedly arrange for a meet up with the doctor on the third day morning, yet, the doctor was late for a good 2 hours. Communication by the nurses were also poor. Inform to collect the medication at the medical centre. but it was actually at another clinic.
