We have paid particular attention to room design, ambience and nutritional needs and there is a call-bell at every patient’s bedside and in the bathroom. Meals are prepared from a 5* hotel-experienced chef and patients’ may choose from Western, Malay or Chinese menus. Wifi services are provided throughout the hospital and all rooms have televisions.
International patients are provided with a complimentary two-way car service from the airport to the hospital and a free homestay service.

July 2018Doctor told us that my son can discharged from the hospital after lunch. But, we waited until 2pm still no one come to us for the discharge process. When asked nurses, nurse said after the afternoon review around 3pm~4pm by doctor. So, we waited until 4:30pm,still doctor didn't turned up. We went down to doctor clinic then nurse said discharge process has proceed, but doctor didn't even come and kept us waiting the whole day. Then the ward nurse came to us at around 5:15pm mentioned she just received the file and will start the discharge process and need to wait for another 2 hours. This is very irresponsible and unacceptable service, and our time is equally important. Charges is high and service is really bad, especially the discharge process.
