February 2019We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for the unbelievable care we have received at the Punta Mita Hospital, in Punta Mita, Nayarit. On several occasions, both Stan and myself, as well as several family members and friends have had the occasion to be patients of the hospital for varying degrees of health issues. On every occasion, both the Doctors and the Nurses, along with the Front Counter Staff, have gone above and beyond, always knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and ready to help at any time. We were so surprised to find that the Doctors and Nurses made house calls! Especially when Stan had to have his knee bandaging changed on a daily basis, it was a comfort for me personally, to be directed thru how I should treat the wound and what to watch for. It was like clock work, every day, including the weekends, they were there at our door, ready and willing to help. This would never happen in Canada or I am sure, the United States. This was “true health care service”! To say the service is exemplary would be an understatement. Coming from Canada where the Canadian Health Care system is very challenging, we would recommend the Punta Mita Hospital as a world class facility. It is small, clean and excellent service. We both take solace knowing, when we are in our home in Mexico we have the Punta Mita Hospital just around the corner. Please share this with your exemplary staff members, who are all “hero’s” in our eyes.
