October 2024Admissions person, Song had no interest in anything but grabbing a credit card and charging it US$600 (19,824 THB) before I even entered ER. His communication skills were so bad, that even with my MBA and law degree, I could not understand what he was attempting to communicate. he approaches me while I am in agony in ER and tries to tell me how much he is going to charge my credit card. If you don’t speak Thai, you are in big trouble at this facility because staff can barely speak or understand English. Hospital is short staffed and nurses appear overwhelmed. Dr. comes in once a day and if you are sleeping, you miss being able to consult with that doctor. I finally got manager of excellent hotel who refers guests to this hospital, to call Hospital directly on my behalf. They assigned a part-time Doctor who is part time in lawyer and says he is consulting physician who appears to have been hired to write detailed letters to American patients where he pretends to be directly involved in patient care. paragraph This doctor (Dr Chaiyskot), writes excellent emails but unfortunately has very questionable and poor follow through. Additionally, attending physician whose name no one would ever spell or write down for me, rarely showed up and when I asked where he was, they said well he came but you were sleeping. I can only assume that if the patient closes their eyes and Dr. has opportunity to escape, that is exactly what he will do. Most disappointing aspect is they’re trying to discharge me before my treatment is complete and before I am stabilized. Most importantly, if you don’t have insurance, they give you estimate which is a fabrication and charge outrageous amount for all services. Most disappointing experience and very poorly run hospital.

My surgeon was also incredible explaining everything I needed to know, even holding my hand as I fell asleep for surgery which was so calming, and at the end of it all, my results are the best I could have asked for ! Thank you from Australia for an amazing experience!
