November 2023I have gone to Mexico for surgery twice now with Dr. Ceballos, and am planning my third trip! He is an amazing doctor and skilled surgeon. I have had a Mommy Makeover, and liposuction and fat grafting and am so pleased with my results. He truly cares about his patients, and the hospitals and care in Mexico is truly the best. The price of my surgeries have been about 1/3 of what I would have paid in the US. I would highly recommend him, and surgery in Guadalajara, to anyone!

March 2016it has been 5 weeks since my facelift surgery in Puerta Vallarta. I am healing well and couldn't be more thrilled with the result. I've attached an "after surgery" picture that I sent my daughter on Mother's Day. I thank you and MedToGo for a seamless experience. Being picked up at the airport and chauffeured to the hotel and hospital made the process so easy. Dr Ceballos and his team are outstanding! Anybody who has experienced hospital care in Canada or the U.S. would probably be as pleasantly surprised as I was by the cleanliness and quality of the large private room, the level of nursing care (real nurses responded to my buzzer in less than a minute), and the follow-up from Dr Ceballos and his surgical assistant. It is interesting that the surgeon who assists Dr Ceballos is also responsible for the sterilization program in this hospital which effectively has a zero surgical infection rate (I challenge you to find a hospital in the U.S. or Canada that can claim that.) Dr Ceballos has never had a post operative infection in any of his patients ! I feel like a huge winner from this experience: 1. The cost was about 50% of what it would have been in Arizona including travel and hotel expenses. 2. MedToGo identified an excellent surgeon with an outstanding track record for me. 3. I had a great vacation in P.V. 4. The operation was safer than I could properly expect in the U.S. My husband and I are planning to do as much medically in Mexico as we can. We already do all our dental work in Mexico. In my opinion, medical tourism can only grow in the future in response to a horribly expensive American health care system which is broken in many ways.
