First of all, I would like to give you information about the failure of my hair transplant.I live in London and had a hair transplant in this clinic in January 2023.Transplantation was done on the sides of my hair. Because normally I had hair. I just wanted my temples to close and the transplant was done in that area.I told them that 3-5 months after the transplantation, the hair was still low in the transplanted area, and this clinic told me that the results were obtained in an average of 8-12 months.And now it will be about a year and I reported that the transplantation process was unsuccessful.I m not happy at all for this situation. And I went for a check-up at the beginning of September.When I went for a check-up at the beginning of September 2023, they gave me medication and those medications were unsuccessful too.When the doctor asked me if I had acne on my forehead, I told him that there was only one acne. And it is also in this picture i sent them.I told them that I did not want to use any other medication and that I do not want to waste my time.They sent me a form and I filled it out like end of September 2023.and they said that a assembly decision was required for revision.They said I had to wait.I told them okay and waited.Today, on October 10, 2023, a woman named Demet called me.They told me that there would be a revision due to acne on your forehead and that they would have to charge 11,000 Turkish Liras for this.But there was only one pimple on my forehead. I said that this was a lie.and I told her that it was still very rare on both sides. She insisted that I should pay 11,000.I said, it's your fault, don't try to cover up your own failure because of one small pimple.They did not accept it.Anyway, this is my bad experience with this clinic and please take it seriously.it was very bad experience.They dont accepted their mistakes and they just want to charge more .My fiance went through worse things; her face became infected while she was having his teeth fixed in this clinic.Please take this bad experience of mine seriously and do not send anyone you know to this clinic.To make this comment to you, I cut my hair short and I'm tagging pictures of about a year's worth of results.Please find the attached pictures.
