January 2018Had some of the treatments at Eternal Clinic(colonic/ozone/coffee enema) flying in the day before fro overseas and having found them though their website. One star less for communication was with a third party intermediary and as much my fault in confusion as theirs. Staff including nurses, doctor are all directly contactable, approachable, knowledgeable and informative promptly answering all my questions and put me at ease. Physical visit was a continuance of this with very professional consultation w doctor, respectful service and informative treatment with the administrator and other staff exactly the same

April 2016Dr. Lim and the whole staff at Eternal Clinic are fantastic and their approach is extremely thorough and holistic. I went to the clinic for PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) to treat the symptoms of a health condition that my doctors have been unable to pin down. I was expecting the staff at Eternal to just draw my blood and do the treatment, but I was pleasantly surprised when Dr. Lim expressed an interest in trying to figure out the root cause of the symptoms. He took the time to ask questions about my condition, he studied my blood test results, he asked about previous treatments and consulted with his colleagues to figure out the best approach to obtain a diagnosis and reverse the effects of my condition. Never before have I seen a doctor who was so thorough, holistic, caring and truly invested in my well-being. And to have a doctor on my side who appreciates (and shares) my desire to take as natural of an approach as possible is pretty incredible. I am so grateful to Eternal Clinic! Dr. Lim and his staff are truly wonderful.
