July 2018Please select a different clinic. You constantly have to talk to different translators. Which is frustrating. A lot of the times I could tell they didn’t understand my questions. You don’t meet your doctor until right before the surgery. They had me naked in a room measuring me and making a transaction all naked instead of giving me a robe..so unprofessional. People would come in and out of the room as I was standing there they opened the door and across the other room a man was coming out. Thankfully he was looking down. After surgery I was prompted to leave. I was still drugged up when they kept asking me if I was ready to go home. They really have no understanding of being sensitive and caring with the patient. I also do no like the results I got.

May 2017I had lower bleph, eye bag repositioning and fat transfer to the cheeks. The entire experience at Grand was wonderful. Firstly my email interaction with Sue was prompt and clear. My initial consultation was efficient and there was no sense of a hard sell nor was there any pressure to undergo procedures unrelated to my initial concern. Surgery day was smooth, efficient and thorough. Jane was my interpreter and she was excellent and helped put my mind at ease. The follow-on care was very thorough and they insisted I visit daily just to check my wounds. I spent very little time waiting beyond my scheduled appointment time and everything was hassle free. My recovery has only just commenced so it will be a few months before my final result. My scars 7 days post-surgery are healing very well. At this stage I am happy. My only recommendation is to ask for the antibiotic prescription prior to surgery or for Grand to consider including these post-surgery meds as part of the surgery cost. It was a bit of a pain needing to go to the pharmacy to get a script filled a few hours after surgery. Not a big issue but that slight addition would make your service perfect. I certainly would recommend this surgery to anyone.

May 2017I was attracted by all the celebrities work they did at first so I went. Not sure if I liked so much about the head doctor’s impression at first as he was being too straight forward and I even felt a little bit scared. I agree with his point of view though so decided to go ahead with procedures that he recommended. It was my big jaw bone, wide and flat nose, and depressed forehead. The night of operation wasn’t so easy and the next day was so difficult too. My throat hurt and I had to breath through my mouth cause my nose was blocked. But beauty costs I guess. It’s all worth it at the end and I’d do it all over again if I had to. Thanks Grand and especially Kim who held my hands in the operation room and recovery room.

March 2017Awesome work! Great doctor! Fantastic staffs! I’ve had my whole face lifted with eyes corrected 3 months ago at Grand hospital. As I get into my 50s, strong urge has been felt inside of me for going back in time and getting myself back. Just by imagining going under the knife was a scary thought for me. But it’s something that I needed to get over in order to achieve what I want and I’m so glad that I did. The experience at Grand was wonderful from the beginning to the end and they did not only do great job on my face but really helped me a lot to ease my mind through the process. Sometimes the hospital gets too busy so patience is needed when coming for treatment but I’m still happy at the end as everything turned out to be the way that I expected. Hopefully I don’t need another major job done in the next 10-20 years but this hospital is highly recommended for those who are ooking for a makeoever done in Korea but not sure where to go.
