Lead Doctor
Dr. Bry’an Adan Oliveros Galeana is a renowned surgeon in gynecology and obstetrics with extensive expertise in human reproductive biology. As a professor of the Postgraduate Course in Reproductive Biology at the Autonomous University of Guerrero, Dr. Oliveros Galeana earned his medical degree at the Autonomous University of Guadalajara (2004), Mexico. He later pursued a specialization in gynecology and obstetrics at the University of Medical Sciences of Havana, Cuba.
Fluent in English, his dedication to reproductive medicine led him to complete a subspecialty in the Biology of Human Reproduction at the Autonomous University of Mexico. He is also a certified member of the Mexican Association of Reproductive Biology (AMMR) and the Mexican College of Gynecology and Obstetrics (COMEGO).

March 2017I highly DO NOT recommend IREGA for IVF-PGS, they are not honest, I had the worst experience of my life, I went through stress and depression. Well, my story started when we found out that my husband has balanced translocation so I searched for clinics outside of USA because I can't afford it, I found IREGA and read so many good reviews and it has 5 start I am not sure how and why!!! they are the worst. they asked me to complete blood work in USA which I struggled with with my insurance and asked me to do HESTOROSCOPY, I had to beg doctors here to do it for me finally it was done. I sent them the blood test we had to do after 2 miscarriages and blood test for my husband which explained the problem, after sending them all the blood tests and the file was completed we set up a date to travel, I did mention to them that I had PCOS and they gave me 2 options: do it in one cycle which IS fresh transfer or come back in few months for frozen transfer, I decided to do it in one, when I got there they said since you have PCOS you might get overstimulation with the medications so it is better if you leave and come back in 2 month, I had no choice so I left 2 days after the egg retrieval, they were able to retrieve 13 eggs which 11 of them fertilized and I got an email saying you have 11 eggs on day 3. I was told that it will take a week for the PGS results, this was March 23, I waited and waited.. no answer.. I kept sending emails and the response all the times was there is nothing we can do it’s out of our hands we are just like you waiting for the lab to send us results, the stress and nervous breakdown they put me through was unbelievable, like how can you play with people’s feelings and lie to them? Especially when it comes to infertility, later I was able to have the doctor call me on April 20, she said the biopsies will be tested and will have the results by the 25th. Before that the patient coordinator told me that the biopsies were sent to the lab in Spain then when I spoke to the doctor she said they were sent to the lab in Mexico, on April 27th I got an email from the doctor saying the biopsies have to be sent to a lab in Miami because they had to be tested using a different method.. even though before I arrived there I sent them all the blood test so they can determine what kind of method they are using, the Miami lab said they will have the results on the 12th, then again no one called me to let me know what is going on so I kept calling and emailing, I even called the Miami lab and they couldn’t find my name in their system, I got more worried. So on Monday May 16th I get an email saying all FOUR embryos were abnormal so there is nothing good for transfer and the cycle was canceled. So all that time I was thinking that they are testing 11 embryos which made me feel good because I was given a 30% chance of normal embryo, AND ONLY AT THE DAY OF THE RESULTS they told me they tested 4 because the rest didn’t make it to biopsy day!!!! Not only the results shocked me but also their dishonesty…why wasn’t I told that 4 were sent to the lab before? It’s obvious that they don’t know what they are doing, they probably hurt the embryos when they biopsied them, I had done an IVF back in 2014 but not there and we got 11 eggs and 9 of them were perfect but at that time we didn’t know about the balanced translocation. On top of all that they refused to refund the rest of the money I paid to them which included transfer and since there was no transfer I asked for refund and they said we have nothing to offer you. Please don’t waste your time, money and emotions… I am still in shock and I blame them for everything.

December 2015"We was planning micro-sort for some time as we have two Girls and was wanting 2 Boys in our family! We contacted Irega and one of their very helpful coordinators Tori Brown contacted me and my partner back via email majority of times but also when we asked for a phone call they always phoned! We booked a holiday to Cancun, Mexico for 3 weeks. As a family we always wanted to travel to Mexico so this was also our opportunity to go on holiday as your not always in the clinic. we let Tori know our arrival date and time and she organised a friend of hers, Alfredo to meet us in our Hotel lobby the next morning after arriving. We got to the Galenia Hospital in Cancun which was literally a ten minute drive from our Hotel. The staff was sooo helpful and Tori was their to meet us too :-) Me and my partner had a consultation with the doctor and was told about the whole procedure we agreed and had to continue coming to the clinic every 2-3days to collect my medication and to check how many eggs I was producing. . We then had to wait another 3-5days for the transfer to happen and we agreed we wanted our transfer done on the 3rd day which was arranged and then done. The microsort we just had to sign a contact to say we agree ect and the process was done in between me been on my fertility drugs. Also just like to say Irega was great because they never once made us feel like they was doing it and just wanted your money they made me feel sooo comfortable and we actually payed as we go..it was a amazing experience the doctors are extremely clever and I was amazed by the procedure they was that good. I had four embryos transferred as my own request! As me and my partner wanted TWIN BOYS! Well IREGA are good because IAM PREGNANT with TWINS :-) and we are sooo happy! Through the whole experience we traveled with our 2 girls aged 1 and 2 and through the whole process TORI was AMAZING with our girls! Even down to the medication we had to take home they gave us a option of either buying it from cancun or trying to get it proscribed by our own doctor well we just bought it their for our own convenience they didn't have the amount in stock but Tori even sorted that for us and ordered it in on time just before we was going home, Tori even drove herself to our hotel and gave it us in person to say GoodLuck with everything and said goodbye to me, my partner and 2girls <3 so if your thinking of travelling to Irega I defiantly recommend it to anyone it's a very professional, clean environment and was absolutely amazing! Thank You Irega my partner said its the best money he has spent!
