October 2025very lucky to find this hospital while on vacation in istanbul in december. my daughter had a injury and we looking for hospital around istanbul. the issue is the language barrier. we cant communicate with the doctor nearby to our hotel. after looking around the internet, we found memorial. from the moment we step in the hospital, we feel at ease. everything was make easy by the staff from appointing a translator for us, denis who were with us from the start. she is really friendly and make us feel very welcome. then dr hakan ortho specialist who explain every procedure step by step. explaining to us and make us less worried. we were nerve wrack when we arrived a the hospital. the hospital also explain the cost at every step so you dont feel burden. they provide us with all document including translating to english for our insurance when we came home. denis even explain if we need anything else for insurance we can contact her. we just very very lucky to found memorial. thank you denis, dr hakan and staff of memorial.
